- The Nominee is responsible for all travel arrangements, purchases, time sampling and assisting staff with Time Direct issues
- Due to Nominee's assistance, the EPI program is in the 100% percentile for compliance
- The Nominee is a travel guru extraordinaire due to knowledge of travel process and rapport with vendors and saved approximately 90% of travel requested by the program
- The Nominee has saved the program and department hundred of dollars substantiated when considering that over 50% of staff travels during the fiscal year
- The Nominee is highly knowledgeable of the Purchasing System, received certificate for correctly answering 14 of 15 questions on the Purchasing P-Card On-Line Training Program
- The Nominee is courteous and helpful to customers in assisting them with requested information
- Extensive problem solving skills and particularly the key to the program's effort in providing quality services to internal and external customers
- Dedicated to the mission of the Office of Epidemiology and Disease Control and Miami-Dade County Health Department
- Exhibits a positive attitude when adapting work priorities, assignment and resulting in timely submission
- Extremely well respected by co-workers due to dedication and efforts shown in helping to solve administrative issues on an ongoing basis
