Congratulations to Kira Villamizar Employee of the Month for September 2004
- An excellent example of what it means to empower staff to use their unique qualities and skills
- Provides excellence in customer service to agencies and individuals the program reaches
- Provides assistance to other units within the program
- Gladly lends staff to be of service and developed a process to formalize assistance so that by the time the help reaches the provider, we are able to work as a team with individuals that are effective in completing the tasks necessary for success
- A flow chart process developed to give assurance to internal as well as external customers that turn-around requests are met in a timely manner
- Promoting better quality business practices
- Meeting customers' needs
- Instrumental in coordinating outreach response to the National Latino HIV/AIDS Awareness Day in Sweetwater
- Organized over (20) staff persons to provide information on testing and counseling to residents of this area
- The Nominee along with other Health Education and risk Reduction staff provides awareness of what the HIV/AIDS Program do and the program is here for the community, to serve and educate
- The promotion continues through team work and commitment in Miami-Dade County Communities
