- As a Nutritionist, has consistently provided direct service to many WIC clients through nutrition counseling and certifications
- Supervised some of the WIC's largest clinics
- Always leading the way by demonstrating the highest productivity of clients processed monthly
- The Nominee, for the past ten years, has served in many roles in the WIC Main Office
- Demonstrated a positive attitude while supervising the Appointment System
- Overseeing monthly nutrition education newsletter
- Organizing and maintaining the WIC stockroom
- Rotating as WIP person of the Day
- Shows initiative and kindness toward staff and clients while handling daily clinic problems to include: misaligned checks, client transfers, customer concerns and rescheduling missed appointments
- Contributes consistently to fellow nutritionists throughout the state by cheerfully lending a helping hand editing and translating many nutrition educational pamphlets and information bulletins for the state into other languages
- Always flexible and supportive to departmental values, initiatives and staff problems
- Served and organized the employee workgroup, "Telephone Busters" which successfully improved efficiency and time in serving customers
- Always considerate of co-workers ensuring birthdays are celebrated monthly
