- The Nominee is the strongest member of the unit and does the work of two employees
- Nominee's main objective has always been the clients' well being and making sure that everyone that she comes across receives fair and equal treatment
- The Nominee is courteous, caring, and sympathetic towards other members of the community by her nature and helpful disposition
- Goes the extra mile to help them find other solutions and programs that might be available to help them better their family life by gearing them towards programs such as: Department of Children and Families, Healthy Start, the Breastfeeding Program, etc...

- The increase in productivity, will increase revenues by facilitating more clients to the program on a daily basis in the long run
- Other clerks average 163 checks issued, the Nominee averages 213 per week
- Taken responsibilities of organizing and arranging the unit by filing, labeling, and putting order to the biggest unit for Miami-Dade County
- The Unit is more effective in its operation, which benefits the entire unit due to the Nominee has initiated better ways to operate daily work
- The Nominee has a lovely disposition with both clients and co-workers
- Service is always with a smile and a helping hand
- Never needs to be fold what to do
- Always takes initiative to do her work

- Completes tasks in a timely manner

- The Nominee has participated in the Walking Club, member of the Annual WIC Department Meeting, personally selected to participate in outside programs such as a teleconference held by a health department in another county. One of three selected

- Nominee's integrity and loyalty to the mission of the department by far exceeds the drive seen in other employees
