(Miami, December 14, 2012) -- The Miami-Dade County Health Department cordially invites you and your family to attend our Community Health Fair.
The event will take place at the West Perrine Health Center on:

Activities that will be included are: health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, bone density, lead, STD and HIV testing. Health information will be provided along with giveaways, prizes and other fun activities.
